  Catherine, the horse you drove past numerous PRIVATE PROPERTY/NO TRESPASSING signs and demanded to pet was mine. i explained to you that he is a just under 2-year-old stallion who has only been with me less than three weeks and was previously unhandled and still very much unpredictable... not sorry for looking out for your child's safety.
  
  i twice explained to you that this is a private facility; i wouldn't knock on your door and ask to feed your toddler candy, you should try showing others the same respect. yet you didn't. after being told that it's a busy, exciting time of the day and that these +1000lb animals aren't petting zoo ponies you got back in your car and instead of leaving drove to the other side of the property to show your daughter the horses after being asked politely not to(yeah, i saw that and so did the security cameras). in the future i'll just contact the police to deal with trespassers, i'm sure they'll be more polite.
  
  again, this is a PRIVATE facility, one of the nicest and best run in the area. the property is absolutely gorgeous, trails are well maintained and the other amenities are top-notch. it's not the job of myself, the owner, or any other staff members to "serve the public". our responsibility is to the horses. keeping them happy and safe from entitled persons such as yourself.
  
  it's very unfortunate that you "won't be bringing your daughter back" because to anyone looking to grow, be challenged and learn all the responsibilities of horsemanship in and out of the saddle i could not recommend Big Easy more highly. however, if you're looking for a place that'll slap you up on any old horse and pony you around on the trails this isn't the right barn for you.
