    The rent is cheap; "you get what you pay for" explains the experience. Their communication skills consist of passive-aggressive notes left on your door after the office closes. There's almost zero insulation between the apartments - everyone hears everyone. They also charge a premium for pets, but I have no idea how they spent the money; our kitchen floor was covered in pee stains. Not family friendly. They treat people like commodities, not people.
