    The service for our washer and dryer was excellent! When the different repairman came to fix the microwave, that was a disaster. He didn't speak very good English, he looked at the microwave and said we needed a new one this one is 3 years old too old to repair.
    He didn't even know how to get the microwave out of the wall compartment (we had already taken the face plate off.) And Sears was going to charge us $250 just for him to come out and tell us that?

    We did have it fixed by a local appliance repair store for $39.95 (including the review to see what was wrong with it, a sensor that cost $7.00)

    I hope you will educate your staff on how to fix your microwaves instead of selling them
